Estimate trade costs before you ship
Enter your product and shipment details to create a planning estimate for landed cost components, possible preferential rates, VAT, and the new EU parcel levy.
⚡ From 1 July 2026 the EU abolishes the €150 duty exemption — many imports may attract customs duties. Use this tool for planning only and confirm final treatment with a qualified customs professional.

List your trade services
Service provider listings are separate from free SME company profiles. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be offered as a paid visibility option.
✦ Logo and banner are optional, so you can submit now and improve the listing later. A listing is not an endorsement, licence check, or guarantee of service quality.
Logo: square image, ideally 512 x 512 px. PNG, JPG, or WebP. You can skip this and use the default listing icon.
Banner: wide image, ideally 1600 x 600 px. Use a team, office, shipment, port, or service-related visual.
Images are optional and automatically resized. If no image is uploaded, the listing will use a clean default card style.
CBAM Carbon Cost Calculator
Know your carbon border cost before you ship
The EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is now in its definitive phase from January 2026. Calculate how much carbon levy your Indian exports will face when entering the EU.
⚡ Q1 2026 CBAM certificate price: €75.36 per tonne CO₂ — officially published by the European Commission on 7 April 2026. Importers of 50+ tonnes of CBAM goods per year must register as authorised CBAM declarants.
Rules of Origin Checker
Does your product qualify for FTA preferential duty?
Under the EU-India FTA, only products that are "sufficiently processed" in India or the EU qualify for zero/reduced duty. Tell us about your product and supply chain and we'll assess your FTA eligibility.
✦ Under the FTA, you self-certify origin via a Statement on Origin — no government stamp needed. But getting it wrong can mean losing duty preferences and facing penalties. This checker helps you get it right.
EU Grant & Funding Finder
Find EU funding for your India trade activity
The EU has over €1.4 billion in SME funding in 2026 alone — but most SMEs never find it. Tell us about your business and we'll match you to the most relevant programmes.
✦ These are AI-matched suggestions based on publicly available EU funding programmes. Always verify eligibility and deadlines directly with the funding body before applying.
Trade Readiness Score
How ready are you to trade the EU-India corridor?
Answer 20 quick questions across 5 dimensions. Get an AI-assisted readiness score out of 100 with a practical action plan.
How the score is calculated: Your answers across 5 dimensions are weighted by importance to EU-India FTA trade success. Documentation & Compliance (30%) carries the most weight because missing paperwork is the #1 reason SMEs lose FTA duty preferences. Each dimension gives you a sub-score, combined into an overall score out of 100. The score helps you identify gaps before they become costly at customs.
What the score is used for: Self-assessment before entering EU-India trade · Identifying priority action areas · Sharing with trade finance providers to show creditworthiness · Benchmarking against other SMEs in your sector · Included in your company profile on this platform (optional).

A practical EU-India community for SME questions, partner opportunities, service needs, events, and FTA lessons learned. Posts are structured so the feed stays useful, searchable, and low-noise.
✦ First posts from new members will be reviewed before public release in production. Keep contributions general, verify counterparties independently, and consult qualified specialists before making legal, customs, tax, or financial decisions.

SME Health Suite — Business Suite
Cash Flow Health Check
Assess your cash flow risk specifically for EU-India trade — 60-90 day payment cycles, EUR/INR exposure, and working capital gaps that Indian exporters and EU importers face on this corridor.
✦ Designed for the EU-India corridor. Generic cash flow tools miss the specific pain of waiting 90 days for EU payment while covering Indian production costs.
SME Health Suite — Business Suite
GDPR Readiness Checker
The EU-India FTA opens 144 service sub-sectors — but Indian IT firms and BPOs handling EU personal data must comply with GDPR. Fines up to 4% of global turnover. Most Indian companies don't know where to start.
⚠ GDPR applies to Indian companies if you process EU personal data — regardless of where your company is based.
SME Health Suite — Business Suite
Cybersecurity Readiness Score
EU supplier security requirements (NIS2, Oct 2024), cross-border data risks, and payment fraud in international transactions create specific cybersecurity exposure for EU-India trading businesses.

Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly plans can be cancelled with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes — no time limit, no credit card required. Free includes company listing, Trade Feed access, directory browsing, community posting, and the Trade Check dashboard.
How many AI tool runs are included?
Trade Pro includes 30 AI tool runs per billing month, counted from the member's own subscription renewal cycle. Business Suite includes unlimited fair-use access for active SMEs with recurring EU-India work.
What does priority listing mean?
Paid member profiles receive a visible Pro or Suite badge and appear ahead of free self-registered profiles in the directory. The badge means the profile has been reviewed for platform visibility; it is not a licence, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.
Is List your services different from List company?
Yes. List company is for SMEs that want a free business profile in the trade directory. List your services is a reviewed visibility listing for providers who want SMEs to discover their freight, customs, legal, finance, certification, or trade support services.
When should an SME upgrade to Trade Pro?
When they are preparing a real shipment, quote, supplier discussion, buyer conversation, or specialist meeting and want structured estimates, origin checklists, CBAM indicators, or document preparation support.
Who needs Business Suite?
Businesses with recurring EU-India transactions, EU data exposure, long payment cycles, FX exposure, invoice review needs, or working-capital planning needs.
Do you accept INR payments?
INR pricing is shown for Indian users. During launch, some paid access may be activated manually after payment confirmation while local payment options are finalised.

About IndiaEU Connect
A practical workspace for EU-India SME trade
IndiaEU Connect helps Indian and European SMEs understand the FTA opportunity, list their business, find partners, ask practical trade questions, and use focused tools before a real shipment, quote, or buyer conversation.
Why this platform exists
EU-India trade can be full of opportunity, but the practical steps are often fragmented across customs sites, trade bodies, consultants, freight providers, and long policy documents. Smaller companies need a simpler way to understand what matters for their product, sector, country, and stage of readiness.

IndiaEU Connect brings the first steps into one workspace: profile listing, partner discovery, community posts, trade tools, events, digest updates, and access to specialists when the decision becomes more serious.
What you can use it for
Use it when you want to check whether an EU-India opportunity is worth exploring, compare likely trade factors, prepare better questions for a customs broker or buyer, find relevant companies, or understand which documents and rules may matter before you commit time and money.

The platform is designed for early clarity. It does not replace professional customs, legal, tax, or financial advice, but it helps you arrive at that conversation better prepared.
EU-India FTA SME Brief
What the agreement means for smaller companies
The EU-India Free Trade Agreement is designed to reduce barriers, simplify trade, and create new routes for goods, services, sourcing, and partnerships between India and the EU. For SMEs, the practical value is not just lower tariffs. It is knowing which products qualify, what documents are needed, what standards apply, and when to involve customs, tax, legal, finance, or logistics specialists.
Goods and duties
Many goods are expected to benefit from lower or removed tariffs, but savings depend on the product, HS code, route, value, and whether the shipment qualifies for preferential treatment.
Rules of origin
A product may need to be sufficiently made or processed in India or the EU before it can claim FTA benefits. Inputs, manufacturing steps, and documentation matter.
Documents and customs
Commercial invoices, origin statements, packing lists, transport documents, and customs declarations must match the shipment and the FTA claim.
Standards and compliance
Sector rules still apply, including product standards, labelling, safety, sustainability, data protection, CBAM exposure, and buyer-specific requirements.
Good first step: use Trade Check to identify your country, sector, product, target market, and immediate risk area before using deeper tools.
Best use of the platform: combine the company directory, Trade Feed, FTA tools, and service providers so you can move from discovery to a better prepared transaction.
The European Commission has published negotiated draft texts for information purposes after the conclusion of negotiations on 27 January 2026. These texts may still change through legal revision and become binding only after signature, ratification, and completion of the required internal procedures. Always verify the latest official text before making legal, customs, tax, or financial decisions.

5. Company and service listings
Company profiles, Trade Feed posts, and service provider listings are self-submitted unless clearly marked as reviewed. A reviewed badge or priority listing means the profile has passed an additional platform visibility or review step; it is not a guarantee of quality, solvency, legal status, regulatory approval, or commercial performance. Always conduct your own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

6. Paid plans, billing, and taxes
Paid subscriptions and service provider listings may be processed through secure checkout or activated manually during launch after payment confirmation. Plan prices, billing cycle, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and payment details are shown before payment where available. Unless clearly stated otherwise, taxes or VAT may be added based on the buyer's location and billing details. You are responsible for your own tax, VAT, GST, accounting, and reporting obligations.

7. Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation or billing support by contacting hello@indiaeuconnect.com. Monthly access can be cancelled to prevent renewal where recurring billing is active. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment and will be reviewed case by case based on payment status, plan type, platform usage, and applicable law. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period where supported by the payment provider.

8. Liability

The IndiaEU Connect platform, branding, interface, and original content are owned by its operator. You retain responsibility for the information, logos, images, listings, posts, and materials you submit. You grant IndiaEU Connect permission to display submitted public listing and community content as part of the platform.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update the platform, plans, features, limits, and these terms as the service develops. These terms are governed by Belgian law, unless mandatory law gives you additional rights in your country.

These terms are practical launch-stage wording and should be reviewed by a qualified Belgian/EU lawyer before wider paid rollout, institutional partnerships, or high-volume commercial use.
